No, spiritual enlightenment is not a psychosis. Psychosis is a mental health condition characterized by a disconnection from reality, while spiritual enlightenment is a state of deep understanding and awareness of one's true nature and the nature of existence. While both may involve altered perceptions and experiences, spiritual enlightenment is typically seen as a positive and transformative experience, while psychosis is considered a mental health disorder that requires treatment. It's important to differentiate between the two and seek professional help if experiencing symptoms of psychosis. **

If you are referring to a specific skill or attribute, you may need to compare yourself to others in that particular area to determine if you are above average. The choice between "especially" and "above all" depends on the context and emphasis of the statement. "Especially" is used to single out one particular thing from a group, indicating a higher degree of importance compared to the others. On the other hand, "above all" is used to emphasize that something is the most important or significant aspect in a given situation. So, if you want to highlight one specific thing as more important than others, you would use "especially," but if you want to emphasize that something is the most important overall, you would use "above all." **
